Victoria A. Cundiff and Jeffrey A. Pade, Partners in the firm’s Litigation Practice, are proud to participate in the 2022 Sedona Conference Meeting on Trade Secrets, taking place at The Brown Palace Hotel in Denver, CO. The Sedona Conference is a research and educational institute dedicated to the advanced study of law and policy in the areas of intellectual property rights, antitrust law, complex litigation, and data security and privacy law. Their mission is to move the law forward in a reasoned and just way through the creation and publication of nonpartisan consensus commentaries and through advanced legal education for the bench and bar. Victoria, Chair of the Sedona Conference Working Group 12 on Trade Secrets and an author of the group’s Equitable Relief Commentary, will speak on a panel titled, “Equitable Remedies in Trade Secret Litigation,” on May 9 at 10:30 am MT and will also speak on current and future Sedona drafting team efforts on Trade Secrets. Jeff, an author of the group’s Commentary on Cross Border Trade Secrets Litigation, will be speaking on a panel titled, “Trade Secret Issues Across International Borders” on May 9 at 2:45 pm MT.
