Victoria A. Cundiff and Jeffrey A. Pade, partners in the firm’s Litigation Practice are participating in the Sedona Conference WG12 Annual Meeting 2022 in Reston, VA. The Sedona Conference is a research and educational institute dedicated to the advanced study of law and policy in the areas of intellectual property rights, antitrust law, complex litigation, and data security and privacy law. Victoria, Chair of the Sedona Conference Working Group 12 on Trade Secrets, will moderate the panel, "Voices from the Bench: Judicial Perspectives for 2022 and Beyond" on September 7 at 3:30 p.m. She will also participate in the panel, “In-House Perspectives On Managing Trade Secrets and Litigation About Them: How Can We Ensure Productive Consensus?” on September 8 at 12:15 p.m. Jeff will be speaking on a panel titled, “Trade Secrets Across Borders: A World of Emerging Issues” on September 8 at 11:15 a.m.
