When Superpriority Isn’t So Super: Losses, Lessons and the New Reality of Debtor-in-Possession Financing

Wednesday, April 15 08:30 AM EDT to 10:30 AM EDT

Financial Restructuring partner Isaac Sasson will be speaking at the TMA NYC Distressed Investing Breakfast on the panel, “When Superpriority Isn’t So Super: Losses, Lessons and the New Reality of Debtor-in-Possession Financing.” He will join fellow panelists to explore how recent high-profile losses are prompting a reevaluation of long-standing assumptions about DIP financing. The panel will examine what happened in recent cases, what has changed, and how lenders, debtors and advisors are adapting to a shifting Chapter 11 environment.
