
Overview
Adam Raichilson is an associate in the Entertainment and Media practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Century City office. Adam represents a wide range of entertainment industry clients, including studios, production companies, financiers and producers, with respect to complex corporate transactions in the film and television industry, as well as general corporate counseling. He has particular experience in mergers and acquisitions, borrower and lender-side debt facilities, equity financings, content funds and strategic corporate joint ventures. He also has experience negotiating rights acquisition agreements for high-value intellectual property, as well as producer, director, writer and actor deals for film and television projects.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Adam was an associate in the Entertainment, Sports and Media Group at another international law firm and served as head of business affairs at Black Bear Pictures, an independent film and television studio. Adam received his J.D. from USC Gould School of Law, where he graduated Order of the Coif.
