Adam Rose is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on the representation of lenders and corporations in a variety of complex financing matters, including acquisition financings, asset-based lending, syndicated credit facilities, secured debt financing, working capital facilities, refinancing transactions, recapitalizations, and fund financings.
Mr. Rose received his J.D. (cum laude) from Emory University School of Law in 2014. He earned an M.A. degree from Columbia University, Teacher's College in 2009 and his B.A. from the University of Rochester in 2007.
