Alexander Lang is a partner in the Paul Hastings Frankfurt office. 

He focuses on all aspects of finance law including leveraged finance, infra-structure finance, syndicated lending, corporate investment grade and sub-investment grade lending, as well as financial restructuring. He advises banks, direct lenders, private equity investors and corporate clients on domestic and international transactions.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Alexander worked in the finance practices at a magic circle firm and a top U.S. law firm.
