Aliya Brown is an associate in the Private Equity and M&A practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Chicago office. Her practice focuses on complex transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, divestitures, and corporate governance.

Ms. Brown received her law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2020. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Russian Language from the University of Michigan in 2017. Ms.  Brown is admitted to practice law in Illinois and the District of Columbia.
