Overview

Brian Kay focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes and environmental litigation. Brian has experience representing clients at the trial and appellate levels of federal and state court and in international arbitration proceedings. He also counsels companies in environmental, health and safety (EHS) matters, including transactional diligence, regulatory compliance, internal investigations and root cause analyses (RCA), government agency investigations, and responses to workplace injuries and fatalities. Brian is admitted to practice law in Texas.
