Brittany Cohen is of counsel in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office.

Brittany focuses her practice on all aspects of the structuring, formation and ongoing management of private investment vehicles, including private equity funds, venture capital funds and co-investment funds. She represents private investment funds and fund sponsors in all stages of fund formation and has experience advising sponsors on domestic and international offerings, negotiating investment documents, and compliance and governance matters. She has advised a broad range of clients from multibillion dollar global investment firms to much smaller emerging sponsors.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Brittany was counsel at another international law firm.
