
Overview
Bruce DePaola is a partner in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Mr. DePaola represents real estate developers, commercial landlords, real estate investment trusts, and institutional lenders involved in some of the most sophisticated and innovative real estate transactions occurring today, including the acquisition, development, disposition, leasing, and mortgage secured financing of a number of signature multi-use facilities both in New York and across the country.
He also counsels such clients in connection with their related joint ventures, partnerships, equity investment vehicles, and operating/management agreements with local developers, five star hotel operators, and U.S. and international investors.
