Christina Lee is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. She focuses her practice on the representation of private fund sponsors, managers, and investors in all aspects of the structuring, documenting, offering, negotiating, and operating of private investment funds, including real estate and private equity funds.
Ms. Lee received her J.D. degree from Cornell Law School in 2017, where she served as the Executive Editor for the Cornell International Law Journal, President of the Briggs Society of International Law, and Co-President of the Student Leadership Council. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University in 2012. Ms. Lee is admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
