Overview

Damian Lu is of counsel in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Damian's practice focuses on the representation of leading investment banks, private credit lenders and other financial advisors in syndicated and private debt finance transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based and cash flow financings and project financings. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Damian was a litigation associate in the bankruptcy and restructuring practice of a Canadian law firm.
