Overview
Dana Kromm is a partner in the firm's Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions practices at Paul Hastings, based in the firm's San Francisco office. Ms. Kromm represents both strategic and financial buyers and sellers in public and private M&A, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, tender and exchange offers, joint ventures, complex carve-out acquisitions, minority investments, and corporate partnering transactions, as well as corporate governance matters and special committee representations. Her experience includes significant cross-border transactions.
In addition, Ms. Kromm represents portfolio companies of private equity clients, handling day-to-day legal activities, add-on acquisitions, and other general corporate work.
