
Overview
Daye Shim Cho is an associate in the Litigation practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. She represents multinational corporations and individuals in a wide range of cross-border investigations and prosecutions. She also advises clients on compliance issues arising under anti-corruption laws, such as the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA"), and ESG and human rights regulations. She has counseled clients regarding corporate compliance programs, risk assessments, audits, third-party due diligence, and internal investigations.
Ms. Cho received her law degree, cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she was as an Executive Editor of the American Criminal Law Review and a Law Fellow in the Legal Research and Writing Program. During law school, Ms. Cho worked in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and the Office of the Chief Counsel for International Commerce at the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Ms. Cho earned her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service.
