Overview

Dominik Young is an associate in the Financial Restructuring practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office.

Dominik acts for investors, corporate borrowers and insolvency practitioners on a range of formal and out-of-court restructurings, new money transactions and insolvency processes. He advises on contentious and non-contentious matters across stressed, distressed and insolvent situations, as well as litigation financing.
