Elisabeth Ryan is an associate in the Structured Credit practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on securitization and structured finance, with an emphasis on structured credit products and collateralized loan obligation transactions.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Elisabeth represented a broad range of private and public company clients in connection with complex matters including securities offerings and other capital markets transactions.

Elisabeth received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and earned a B.A. (summa cum laude) from the University of Alabama.
