Overview

Elise Eckert is an associate in the Litigation Department and is based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice area focuses on complex litigation and arbitration.

Elise received her law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2025, where she was a member of the Moot Court program and advanced as a quarter finalist. During law school, she externed for the Honorable Dale S. Fischer of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Elise earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Law from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities in 2020, where she graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
