Euiyoung (Ellen) Lee is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions for public and private companies.

Ms. Lee received her law degree with honors from The George Washington University Law School. She earned a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Columbia University. Ms. Lee is admitted to practice law in California.
