Overview
Guanghui “Elody” Liang is a member of the Corporate Department at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Beijing office. Her practice focuses on initial public offerings and Hong Kong capital markets transactions, as well as advising on and providing services in relation to post-listing compliance.
Elody passed the bar examination in China in 2021. She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
