Erica Kelley is an associate in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings’ Los Angeles office. Erica’s practice includes all aspects of employment law, including single plaintiff and class or collective actions, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, advice and counseling, pay equity, and wage and hour matters.

Erica received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law (2024). While in law school, she competed for the school’s mock trial team, which was ranked first in the nation. She was one of 12 graduating law students at UCLA to be admitted to the Order of Barristers. Erica earned her B.A., summa cum laude, in Psychology from the University of Southern California (2019).
