Overview

Ferish Patel is a partner in Paul Hastings’ Private Equity practice and is based in the firm’s London office.

Ferish is a US-qualified partner with a practice focused on cross-border growth equity and private capital transactions. He represents entrepreneur-led companies, financial sponsors and institutional investors in connection with minority and control investments, buyouts and exits across Europe, the U.S., Asia and the Middle East.

Ferish also advises boards on governance matters for entrepreneur-led and sponsor-backed businesses. His experience includes designing governance frameworks, aligning investor and founder rights, advising on succession planning and helping companies navigate sensitive boardroom issues.

He has extensive experience advising companies and investors in the technology, healthcare, life sciences, digital infrastructure, consumer and media sectors. Having practiced in the U.S., Asia and Europe, Ferish brings a global perspective that allows clients to manage complex cross-border considerations.
