Overview
Frederick Howell is an associate in the Corporate M&A department at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. Frederick has a broad corporate practice, with a principal focus on private M&A (domestic and cross-border) and private equity. He also advises on corporate governance matters and other complex corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Frederick gained significant experience in the corporate practice of a leading U.S. firm in London.
