
Overview
Gabriel Khoury is an associate specializing in regulatory enforcement, including government investigations by the DOJ, SEC, state agencies and international bodies, as well as internal investigations conducted by corporations. Gabe conducts internal corporate investigations in the Middle East, where he leverages his fluency in Arabic and deep understanding of regional cultural dynamics to navigate complex compliance and regulatory matters. He is a member of the firm's Fintech practice, where he offers regulatory guidance to companies in the digital asset, blockchain and AI sectors. Gabe maintains an active pro bono immigration practice.
While in law school, Gabe served as an editor for the Georgetown Technology Law Review and worked as a student attorney in the Communications & Technology Law Clinic, where he contributed to an FTC investigation. He also interned with the SEC's Crypto Assets and Cyber Unit, where he gained valuable experience in investigations. His experience further extends to the Enforcement Bureau of the FCC, where he worked on government investigations. Prior to law school, Gabe worked as an investigator at several private organizations.
Gabe is a member of the Georgetown Law Recent Alumni Advisory Council and is a native Arabic speaker.
