Overview
Henri Martin is an associate in the Corporate M&A practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office.
Henri has a broad corporate practice with a particular focus on both public and private mergers and acquisitions. His practice also covers joint ventures, investments and group restructurings, as well as general corporate and commercial advice, for a mix of financial sponsors and multinational corporations.
Henri has also spent time on secondment at Goldman Sachs, within the Asset Management Division.
