Overview

Isabel Tuz is an associate in the Litigation Department and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on antitrust and competition law, with an emphasis on complex civil litigation, class actions, and merger investigations and litigation.

Isabel has experience with every stage of litigation, from early investigation and discovery to motion practice and trial preparation. She also has experience with government investigations and merger challenges, and has represented clients in matters before the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission. Isabel has worked on matters across a broad range of industries including consumer products, transportation, healthcare, technology, and sports and entertainment.

Isabel clerked for the Honorable J. Harvie Wilkinson III of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. During law school, she was an articles editor for the Virginia Law Review. Before graduate school, Isabel was a senior consultant at Bates White Economic Consulting, where she advised on antitrust and finance matters.
