Jane Hentz is a corporate associate in the Frankfurt office of Paul Hastings. She advises regularly on private equity and M&A transactions, with particular focus on the technology and health care sector. She has profound experience with large to mid cap buy-outs, platform acquisitions and buy & build projects as well as exits and divestitures of portfolio companies. Her clients comprise both private equity firms and large corporates.

Jane obtained her admission to practice in Germany in 2019. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, she worked for a US law firm, where she also gained extensive knowledge in venture capital transactions, and a German transaction boutique.
