Jessica Rose Carter is an associate in the Litigation Department, based in the firm's Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on complex litigation, white-collar criminal defense and environmental matters, including mass tort actions. She has experience with bench and jury trials, as well as dispositive motions. Her experience also includes oral argument, written discovery, depositions, trial preparation and motion practice. 

Jessica received her law degree from Duke University in 2022. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California in 2018. Jessica is admitted to practice law in California.
