Jessica Lu is a Knowledge & Innovation attorney based in the firm's New York office.

Jessica leads Knowledge and Innovation initiatives for the firm's Complex Litigation and International Arbitration as well as Employment Law practices. Her work focuses on optimizing legal processes, implementing innovative technology solutions and serving as a practice-specific knowledge resource to support delivery of the highest level of substantive legal advice.

Before joining Paul Hastings, Jessica spent over a decade in practice at a global law firm, most recently as counsel, where she represented clients across the U.S. and internationally in complex, high-stakes commercial litigation.
