Joan Komolafe is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings, based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Joan was born and raised on Long Island, NY, and received her law degree from the UCLA School of Law. During law school, she served as the chief executive editor of the UCLA Law Review. Prior to attending law school, she worked in the United States Peace Corps, focusing on community economic and business development. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the Tulane A. B. Freeman School of Business.
