Jordan Rhodes is an associate in the Structured Credit practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's London office. The scope of Mr. Rhodes' practice encompasses structured finance, securitization, asset‑backed lending and credit funds, with a particular focus on CLOs. Mr. Rhodes advises arrangers, investment managers, issuers, lenders and originators on a range of capital markets transactions, including warehousing arrangements, issuances and retention financing. Mr. Rhodes has recently advised clients such as Bank of America, Barclays, Citi, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, PGIM and Sculptor.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Rhodes worked in the capital markets and derivatives practice of another leading international firm in London and, throughout his career, has also undertaken two secondments at global financial institutions.
