Kevin DeCeoursty is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's San Diego office. He is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group.

Mr. DeCeoursty earned his law degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law (cum laude) in 2021, with a concentration in Business and Corporate Law. He earned a Master of Arts degree in Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School in 2016 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy in 2009.
