Overview

Isabella Cazacu is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings LLP and is based in the firm’s New York office. Ms. Cazacu’s practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property matters in the field of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. 

Recognitions

Recognized as the 2020 and 2021 Northeast Regional Champion and 2021 National Semi-Finalist for the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Competition.

Education

Ms. Cazacu received her law degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2021. While in law school, she served
as a judicial intern to Magistrate Judge Christopher J. Burke of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Ms. Cazacu was
an Executive Board Member of Drexel Moot Court, competing in the American Intellectual Property Law Association's Giles
Sutherland Rich Moot Court Competition, where she was a two-time Northeast Regional Champion and National Semi-Finalist. She
earned a B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Rochester in 2015.
