Overview
Megan Zhu is an associate in the Litigation Department at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Beijing office.
Her practice focuses on internal investigations, cross-border government investigations, cross-border litigations and risk assessment involving issues relating to corruption, fraud, sanctions and trade controls. Megan has extensive experience in advising Chinese companies, multinational corporations and listed companies across a variety of industries, including life sciences, technology, manufacturing and telecommunications. Megan also has experience in supporting corporate transactional matters.
Megan is admitted to practice law in New York. She passed the bar examination in China in 2022, but does not hold a current practicing certificate. Megan is fluent in English and Mandarin.

- Multiple independent investigations on behalf of the audit committees of the boards of directors of several U.S.-listed Chinese companies over whistleblower complaints and short-seller allegations relating to revenue recognition issues and financial frauds.
