Mena Gaballah, PharmD, is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property and patent matters in the pharmaceutical and life science fields. Dr. Gaballah represents major pharmaceutical companies in cases arising under the Biologics Price Competition & Innovation Act (BPCIA) and the Hatch-Waxman Act.
Dr. Gaballah received his law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, cum laude, in 2018. He also earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy in 2018. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a concentration in Molecular Cell Physiology, cum laude, from Monmouth University in 2012.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Dr. Gaballah was an associate at an international law firm. He is currently admitted to practice law in New York, the District of Columbia, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He also maintains an active pharmacist license in New Jersey.
