Overview
Michael Gregory is an associate in the Litigation practice and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses primarily on antitrust and competition matters.
Michael received his law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2023, where he graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Michael then clerked for the Honorable J. Mark Coulson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland upon his graduation.
During law school, Michael served as a Peer Advisor for incoming first-year students, a Senior Legal Writing Fellow, a member of the National Trial Team, a Research Assistant, and a Student Attorney in the Fair Housing Clinic where he assisted clients with landlord-tenant and housing discrimination issues. Michael additionally served as an Associate Editor for the Maryland Law Review and was published for his Note: “Montague v. State: From Bars to Bars–A Riff for Narrow Interpretation of Hip-Hop Lyrics in Criminal Prosecutions.” He also received the Litigation and Advocacy Award for his accomplishments. Prior to law school, Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Moral and Political Philosophy from the University of Michigan. He is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
