Nathan Wunderli is an associate in the Global Finance practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on structured finance and securitization transactions, particularly collateralized loan obligation transactions. Nathan’s transactional experience includes representing investment banks, investment advisors and issuers in connection with various CLO transactions.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Nathan represented a broad range of private and public company clients in connection with complex matters including securities offerings and other capital markets transactions.
