Patricia Liverpool is a law clerk in the litigation practice and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Her areas of focus include white collar defense and investigations, government contracts, and data privacy.

Ms. Liverpool has represented individuals, corporations, and financial institutions in federal and state court litigation and administrative actions, and in actions by the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Securities Exchange Commission, and congressional committees. Her practice includes advising multinational clients on matters relating to government contracts. She has also counseled clients on internal compliance issues related to anti-corruption and data breaches, including customer notice requirements. Ms. Liverpool maintains and active pro bono practice.

Ms. Liverpool received her law degree in 2019 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, Ms. Liverpool served as Senior Editor of The Regulatory Review and an Associate Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Affairs. Ms. Liverpool also completed four externships, including for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Fraud Section of the DOJ's Criminal Division, and the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations of the U.S. Senate. Ms. Liverpool received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Mathematics and English from Dartmouth College in 2013. Ms. Liverpool is admitted to practice law in New York.
