Overview

Ryan Samii is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Century City office. His practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and general corporate matters. Mr. Samii has represented public and private companies, private equity funds, venture capital funds, startups and founders in transactions and various major corporate events throughout the lifecycle of a company. Mr. Samii's practice spans various industries, with an emphasis on technology, media and entertainment.

Education

Mr. Samii received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 2017, where he was a champion of the Transactional Law Competition and a semifinalist of the Campbell Moot Court Competition. He graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from UCLA, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science.
