Shawn M. Domzalski is an associate in the Investment Management practice group of the Corporate practice at Paul Hastings. His practice focuses on structuring and organizing investment funds, including private equity funds, registered funds, master-feeder funds, and fund-of-funds. Mr. Domzalski advises clients on the establishment and structuring of their funds, regulatory matters, internal incentive programs, as well as co-investment and other transactions engaged in by his clients.
Mr. Domzalski received his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School at Los Angeles, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He was elected to the Order of the Coif, was designated a Sayre MacNeil Scholar, was selected for induction into the Alpha Sigma Nu honor society, and served as Executive Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. He graduated from Washington University, St. Louis with a B.S. degree in Computer Science.
Mr. Domzalski has taught Business Planning: Financing the Start-up Business and Venture Capital Financing at Loyola Law School as an adjunct professor, and is a member of Loyola Law School's Transactional Lawyering Institute's Advisory Board.
Mr. Domzalski is a member of the State Bar of California and speaks Mandarin.
