
Overview
Sierra Taylor is a senior associate in the real estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's London office. Her practice focuses on banking and finance work with a particular emphasis on real estate finance, fund finance and general banking matters.
Ms. Taylor acts for major European and International banks, investment funds, investment managers and corporate clients in connection with a wide range of lending and banking matters, often of a cross border nature. Ms. Taylor has advised both lenders and sponsors on real estate investment loans, senior and mezzanine facilities, hotel financing, acquisition and development financings, and loan-on-loan financing. Ms. Taylor also has considerable fund finance expertise and has acted for lenders in respect of facilities for funds of hedge funds secured by assets held in custody, and for lenders and borrowers in respect of capital commitment backed subscription lines, hybrid facilities and other borrowing base facilities.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Taylor was an associate in the London office of a multi-national firm.

Advised Benson Elliot and Walton Street Capital as joint venture borrowers in respect of the €46,000,000 senior facility for the acquisition and development of a Spanish hotel.
Acted for Credit Suisse International as Noteholder, Lender and Agent in respect of numerous fund of fund financings including a US$597,000,000 note issuance program for funds managed by a Cayman Investment advisor, a €80,000,000 facility agreement for an Irish fund of funds secured by securities held in custody in Ireland and a number of note purchase arrangements for fund of funds managed by Man Investments.
Advised Crosstree Real Estate Partners in respect of a £100,000,000 development facility to finance the development of Camden Town Hall in London into a luxury lifestyle hotel.
Advised CVC Capital Partners in respect of a €150,000,000 financing for a Luxembourg established vehicle secured by corporate loans.
Acted for a private equity fund established in Jersey as borrower in respect of a €100,000,000 subscription backed facility agreement.
Advised Starwood Capital as borrower in respect of a £69,500,000 financing for a portfolio of student accommodation properties in England.
