Overview

Stephen Perry is an associate in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm's Houston office.

Mr. Perry received his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2017, where he served as a Senior Articles Editor of the Houston International Law Journal. During law school, he worked as a senior associate in public accounting; interned with the Division of Corporation Finance of the SEC in Washington, DC; and interned in the legal department of a large telecommunications company.

Mr. Perry earned a BBA in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from Baylor University in 2012, and he is a CPA in Texas. Mr. Perry is admitted to practice law in Texas.
