Tal Ganani leads knowledge and innovation initiatives for the firm’s Investment Funds & Private Capital and Technology Transactions practices. In this role, he focuses on optimizing legal processes and workflows, identifying and developing innovative tools and content delivery systems and leveraging practice technology to ensure practice and client service excellence. Tal also drives internal knowledge programs to collect, create, curate and deliver critical legal content in furtherance of providing the highest level of substantive legal advice to clients.

Before joining Paul Hastings, Tal was a managing director and global funds counsel at a global asset manager, specializing in credit and credit-related assets. In that capacity, he led the formation of various private fund structures and gained extensive experience in regulatory matters applicable to registered investment advisors and private fund managers. Prior to that, he served as vice president and assistant general counsel at a leading investment bank, as well as an associate at a premier international law firm.
