Toni Rende is an associate in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.

Toni represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law in both single-plaintiff and class action matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment and trade secret matters.

Toni graduated cum laude from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). During law school, she served as a senior development editor for UC Law Journal. Toni received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington.

Toni is admitted to practice law in California.
