Overview
Yomna Zentani is an associate in the Corporate Department based in the London office of Paul Hastings. She advises clients on a range of corporate matters, with a focus on cross-border M&A, private equity transactions and general corporate advisory work.
Yomna has particular experience in the energy and infrastructure sector and is a member of Paul Hastings’ integrated Energy and Infrastructure practice, working on matters across the firm’s London and Abu Dhabi offices.

- a 300 MW solar PV and data center project in Uruguay
- a 70 MW solar PV and data center project in El Salvador
- a 50 MW wind project in El Salvador
