Overview

Yomna Zentani is an associate in the Corporate Department based in the London office of Paul Hastings. She advises clients on a range of corporate matters, with a focus on cross-border M&A, private equity transactions and general corporate advisory work. 

Yomna has particular experience in the energy and infrastructure sector and is a member of Paul Hastings’ integrated Energy and Infrastructure practice, working on matters across the firm’s London and Abu Dhabi offices.

  • A private equity fund on its acquisition of Rainham Industrial Services, a U.K. provider of industrial installation, maintenance and refurbishment services to the power generation, nuclear and manufacturing sectors.*
  • Sponsors and developers on the development of multiple renewable energy and digital infrastructure projects in Latin America, including:
    • a 300 MW solar PV and data center project in Uruguay
    • a 70 MW solar PV and data center project in El Salvador
    • a 50 MW wind project in El Salvador
    • a 32 MW solar PV project in El Salvador*
