Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that Entertainment and Media Transactional partner Craig Emanuel has been named to the 2022 Variety500, Variety’s annual index of the 500 most influential business leaders shaping the global media industry. This is the fifth consecutive year that Mr. Emanuel has been included in the prestigious list.

The profile highlights Mr. Emanuel’s representation of Madison Square Garden in work associated with the MGM Sphere, the $1.865 billion immersive Las Vegas mega-venue, scheduled to open in the latter half of 2023. The profile also notes his work for Ryan Murphy, whom he represents in the creation and production of shows for Netflix and Disney, as well as his representation of Playtone in its sale of “A Man Called Otto” to Sony and Julie Lynn and Bonnie Curtis’ Mockingbird Pictures overall deal with Skydance.
