Paul Hastings has been shortlisted for two awards at The Lawyer Awards 2023. The firm received the following nominations:

• City Firm of the Year – in recognition of the firm’s London office lateral growth and impact
• Finance Team of the Year – in recognition of the firm’s role advising 12 banks and five funds on a first and second lien financing package of c.€1.45 billion for Advent’s purchase of Caldic BV and its contemporaneous merger with Grupo Transmerquim S.A.

The Lawyer Awards recognize legal mastery in the UK, honoring top-notch lawyers and powerhouse firms across diverse areas.

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in London on June 20, 2023.
