Antitrust and Competition partner Craig Y. Lee and associates Jill Rogowski and Terence Parker authored an article for Law.com on the Department of Justice Antitrust Division’s new whistleblower program, which was created in order to incentivize self-reporting of antitrust violations with monetary rewards.
