In an article published by Law360, partner Meagan Griffin, of counsel Jason Shafer and associate Ashley Burke analyze a divided Tenth Circuit decision affirming the Federal Reserve’s discretion to reject master account access.

“Though the majority ruled in favor of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and the Federal Reserve Board, the dissent supported Custodia's reading of the statute and also raised constitutional questions about the Federal Reserve System that could be a harbinger of arguments that will be made in future lawsuits,” the authors conclude.
