Ankush Dhupar is of counsel in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings and works in the firm’s Los Angeles and New York offices.
Traditional Labor. Ankush has been practicing traditional labor for his entire career. He has extensive experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements and responding to unfair labor practice charges, election petitions and organizing campaigns. Ankush has represented employers in multiple unfair labor practice cases, including cases that have involved lengthy administrative trials. He has also represented employers on appeal before the NLRB in Washington, D.C., and the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ankush also has significant experience drafting and negotiating project labor agreements (PLAs) on behalf of real estate developers, focusing on renewable energy, logistics, hospitality, residential and complex mixed-use projects.
