Paul Hastings Recognized in Two Deal of the Year Categories at ALB Korea Law Awards

Paul Hastings was recognized in two Deal of the Year categories at the recent ALB Korea Law Awards 2022 in Seoul. The firm’s LG Energy Solution US$10.7 billion IPO was awarded both “Equity Market Deal of the Year” and “IPO Deal of the Year”. This transaction represents the largest ever IPO in South Korea.

The deal team was led by Dong Chul Kim, partner and chair of the Seoul office, with support from corporate attorney David Park.

In addition, Paul Hastings was shortlisted for “International Deal Firm of the Year” and “Debt Market Deal of the Year” for its representation of Hyundai Capital Services' GMTN Programme.
